Getting a new C&H Building
Your Project Timeline
We strive to deliver your building as efficiently as possible. The following timeline is a general outline of events to help predict how your order will be processed and delivered.
First discussions
Get in touch with us or one of our dealers to discuss what you are looking for and any requirements you may have for your building.
Building Customization
Working with us or your dealer, customize everything about your building down to the door/window placements and wall colors.
Sign and submit
Sign and submit your paperwork with your dealer. if you are financing your building, sign additional requirements and pay required deposit.
Order Check
We go over your order in house, verifying placements of headers, whether there were any pricing discrepancing and verifying local taxes.
Site placement check
We verify where your building will placed for levelness or any hazards such a powerlines, buried utilities, or adjacent buildings.
Pre-delivery check
We go over your delivery address, checking to make sure we can get to your location depending on my variables including weather, installer territiories, other customers etc
Schedule
We work to get you a date that both you and the rest of the customers on the route can work with. Upon full confirmation of the route, all customers will be given a time of arrival window
Installation Day
Your installer will arrive during your install window (barring any unforseen cirumstances) and erect the dream building on your desired location. All final balances are due upon completion.
